Let us introduce you to the Anderson Project—a stunning transformation of an early 1900s home that blends historic charm with modern functionality. This full main floor remodel began with a bold move: relocating the kitchen to better suit the homeowners’ lifestyle and create an open-concept flow between the kitchen and living room. The result is a bright, spacious living area perfect for everyday life and entertaining alike. A second bathroom and a thoughtfully designed mudroom were also added, enhancing both convenience and organization for the family. In the primary suite, we crafted a large walk-in closet with beautiful double barn doors, adding both charm and practicality. The expanded primary bathroom now serves as a relaxing retreat, complete with a double vanity, a walk-in Onyx shower, and a freestanding tub that invites you to unwind. This project honors the character of the original home while ushering it into a new era of comfort, style, and livability.
