Reserve Deck

The Reserve Deck project was all about preserving the charm of the original structure while giving it a much-needed upgrade in both style and functionality. The existing, aging deck was carefully removed and replaced with a new, durable TimberTech composite deck—offering the look of natural wood without the maintenance. To complement the updated decking, a sleek black aluminum railing from DeckPro was installed, providing both safety and a clean, modern aesthetic. While the overall footprint and design of the original deck were mostly maintained, one impactful change made a big difference: eliminating the step between the two sections of the deck. By leveling the entire space into one seamless surface, the deck now feels more open, accessible, and ready for everyday use and entertaining. This update strikes the perfect balance between honoring the original design and enhancing it for modern outdoor living.
