Back Nine Basement

The Back Nine Basement was a mostly unfinished space transformed into a warm and welcoming retreat with entertainment for all ages. We left a portion of the basement unfinished to maintain practical storage space for the homeowners, while finishing the rest with thoughtful, functional design. The renovation included an addition with a vaulted gable ceiling—future home to a golf simulator installed by a golf simulator expert—making it the perfect blend of recreation and relaxation. A partial kitchen, cozy TV seating area, and standout custom details like a built-in bookcase under the stairs, handcrafted cabinetry, and trim painted in Sherwin-Williams Anew Gray give the space personality and polish. Whether you’re hosting a watch party or practicing your swing, this basement is ready for it all.
